MOA collects information from Users when they make use of those features of the Website that require them to provide certain personal data. Specifically, MOA will record the following information:

Contact or information request forms (How can we help you?, Are you part of the partner network?”), sending e-mails, telephone calls and/or contacts through any other communication channel: the personal data (including, but not limited to, name, surname, telephone number, and e-mail address) that the User voluntarily provides through the aforementioned forms, by sending an e-mail, in the course of telephone conversations and/or contacts maintained with the User through any other communication channel that MOA makes available to the User (e.g. instant messaging applications).

Once the aforementioned periods have elapsed, Users’ personal data may be blocked and kept by MOA for the purpose of meeting any liabilities arising from the processing and only for the period of limitation of such liabilities. After this period, the personal data will be deleted by MOA.

The User guarantees that the personal data provided to MOA through this Website are true, correct, current and complete. The User is responsible for communicating to MOA any modification or update of the same, by sending a communication to the postal or electronic addresses provided in the section “What are your rights” and following the indications contained therein.
